When will you receive your order?

As soon as your payment is in our account, we will send your parcel. Only upon payment will you receive confirmation of your order. On average, orders are delivered within 3 working days.

As soon as the parcel is sent, you will also be notified that it is on its way.

Do you also pay postage?

If you come to pick up the goods, you do not pay any delivery charges.

For deliveries, a shipping cost is charged.

This is calculated automatically in the webshop, and you then deduct the shipping costs from the rest of your order.

Currently, we only ship within Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and France.

Not satisfied?

Should the order be disappointing, you have 14 calendar days to cancel your purchase.

You can then return your order to our shop (Kerkstraat 108, 9050 Gentbrugge) at your own expense.

As soon as the goods are back in our possession, we will refund the cost price of the products. Of course, the products must not have been used or packaging broken.
